Crownhawk Express Security Officers are well disciplined.    This is a result of their background training, which is hinged on regimentation. Discipline is achieved through a combination of tools such as a well-defined code of     conduct, Standard Operating

Procedures (SOP) and Disciplinary Procedures. SOP provides directions and general instructions to all members of the security team or beat. These documents regulate the conduct of the officers on and off the job, ensuring a virile and disciplined guard force resource.

RECORDS

Guard records are held at the registry which is manned by a competent Records Officer. It consists of the following:

  • Handwritten application with two passport photographs      
  • Fully completed bio–data forms.
  • Duly completed and certified Guarantor’s forms.
  • Personal conduct sheet. – Letter of deployment.
  • Pay point   
  • Vetting assessment form
  • Evaluation Report
